2. Payments

All payments must be made according to the agreed proposal or invoice. Projects begin only after the initial payment or full payment is received, depending on the agreement.

3. Revisions

Revisions are provided based on the project scope. Any additional or out-of-scope changes will require a separate fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access (hosting, admin panel, etc.) to ensure smooth project completion.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, completed project files and content become the client’s property unless otherwise stated. Enliven Digital retains the right to feature completed work in our portfolio.

6. Limitation of Liability

Enliven Digital is not responsible for losses caused by hosting issues, third-party plugins, security breaches, ranking changes, or factors beyond our control.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice. Completed work up to the termination date must be paid in full.
